Software Support

ICM delivers dynamic software services to our customers to improve the performance of their IT systems. Customers can get in touch with ICM via the telephone and we will match them with the best skilled person for the job to help find a resolution to their problems.

This support can be supplied either remotely, or in person with an engineer visiting a customer's site if the task cannot be dealt with over the phone. ICM can also perform a number of software security and update functions, out of hours, to improve the resilience of IT systems.
